Letter of Lillian Schoedler, 1941 January 14.

Collection consists of a print-out of one typed letter from Schoedler to Alice Hannah, then living in the Belgian Congo, describing her travels to Abyssinia (cities of Mogadishu, Addis Ababa), Kenya (Mombasa), Zanzibar, Tanganyika, the Rhodesias, Union of South Africa, etc., the outbreak of World War II, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, and her eventual arrival in Argentina.
